Leandro Ravetti has been leading our technical team since he moved to Australia from Argentina in May 2001. The Modern Olives Technical Team is completed with Pablo Canamasas (Olive oil processing and quality), Claudia Guillaume (Olive oil chemistry and quality) and Simon Robb (Irrigation, fertilisation and soil management).
